Step-free access is available via a drop off at the main entrance of the Design Centre (Chelsea Harbour Avenue, London SW10 0XF). A wheelchair lift is available to access ground floor level, where lifts are available to all floors in the Domes and Design Centre East. Alternatively, access is also available via the car park (Chelsea Harbour Drive, London SW10 0XE), where lifts are available to all floors in the Design Centre and Design Centre East.

CONCIERGE DESK & CLOAKROOM

For reasons of safety and security large bags are not permitted in WOW!house. Small backpacks must be carried at the front for the protection of the works of art – nothing may be carried on your back. Large bags and wheeled luggage can be stored safely at no extra charge during your visit.
