SALT YARD AT THE TATLER RESTAURANT
Salt Yard at the Tatler Restaurant was an exciting, new addition to Focus/16’s design credentials. The pop-up took centre stage on the ground floor with a specially commissioned space, designed with warm colours, cosy banquette seating and a large central bar to encourage conversation and conviviality. Chef Director Ben Tish created a modern menu and a well-curated wine and sherry list for visitors to enjoy while they visited the busy design event. Lyndy Redding and Absolute Taste, who run the Design Café at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, worked alongside the Salt Yard team to deliver this exclusive menu.
