The Design Archives - Office/Administrative Assistant

The Design Archives are recruiting for a full time office/administrative assistant. The role includes direct assistance to the MD and founder of the company and the ideal candidate will have a proactive and can do attitude and be willing to work in many varied ways, including but not limited to; managing the companies social media accounts, liaising with the sales teams to monitor incoming and outgoing orders, keeping the showroom tidy and well stocked.

This role is to support their Senior Interior Architect working on various property build projects they have.  Day-to-day tasks will include sourcing materials, drawing up schedules (bathrooms, flooring, doors etc), elevating walls, lighting design, GAs. They are a busy studio and all work incredibly well together as a team.
